Thank you very much again – you saved me the money for buying a new dvd burner
You are a genius

hey dude I deleted upper and lower filters and it didnt work would deleting the disk drive upper filters help in anyway?

one quick question– I just realized that the key that you told me to access has about 20 duplicates in my registry–how do i delete the copies? one of them has more keys inside of it than the others…

Ergh. I don’t know how many times I have to tell people this. This is only ONE (probably the less expensive-still faulty) option. The next best thing to do is grab another drive, hook that up as master, hook the ‘infected’ drive as SM, and then boot to primary. from there you can access the bad drive to retrieve your data, and THEN load all your fixes from the primary to target your secondary drive. If anyone wants more details on this, inbox me. I’m certified in repair.

@JCrador Dont download anything until Windows is working. Your Hard Disk may have gone bad..u can test that in BIOS or remove it and connect to a clean PC to see if is recognized.

@tanishka19 your windows is dead. You need to do recovery using recovery Discs from the manufacture if u dont have them.

@damvinhhung97 yout windows is toast. Windows is totaly faulty and/or some of its componets like safe mode is no longer there. Start brand new partition and format and install windows clean..best way.

@JM042909 in your case if formatting failed.. Remove the HDD and connect to a clean PC with a USB adapter, then using Partition Magig remove the partion of the HDD in question.. then put the HDD back in its case and do the formating again.

if this computer’s HDD is infected by a nasty virus, remove the HDD out and connect to a clean PC with a USB adapter then using Hitman Pro antivirus run on the HDD in question. Also run CCleaner to smoth things out. Put HDD back into its case and boot.

can you help me to fix my formatting with my laptop. the problem is “Stuck 41” and error occured once windows is starting to format. virus detected. even i tried to run in safe mode. help me please…thanks
