Did you try to access your registry and a virus or spyware has disabled your registry even though you are under an administrator account you still can’t access the registry. Use this to re enable your registry on vista. Go here… tinyurl.com and scroll down the page at the bottom is a link to download the reg_enable.vbs. No I didn’t make this solution and take no credit for it, thank the people at winhelponline.com for this, I am just showing how to do it. Enjoy.

If your command prompt is locked as well. I would say try restarting the computer. While its starting up before the Vista Loading screen. Hit F8 every few seconds. Use your arrow keys and pick Safe Mode. When it comes up to login, try logging into the account called Administrator.

man i tryed allmost everything ..i still cant get it fixed ..i tryed the same step by step like u showed ..still BLOCKED .. i even formated my pc and reinstall windows ..i still dont have regedit and task manager ..can u help pls ?
