Youtube is awesome. I used Ccleaner, defragger, bought an N-Router for 32 dollars, a cooling fan for like $5 on sale and uninstalled a lot of junk. My computer is 1000 times as fast thanks to great vids like these.

EnableRegistryeditor tool + Enable/Disable CMD + how to change any accounts password + make yourself administrator + enable task manager + how to lock any file + speed up your computer + a nice tool to choose a website 🙂 ==

by getting an XP CD and make sure you set your CD drive as your primary boot in the system BIOS. Insert CD and turn on the computer. You should be able to install XP with no problems.

It’s lagging as in? Opening up a folder take a couple seconds etc? What you need to do is follow my speed up guide on my other channel.

Oh sorry to hear but you probably could’ve recovered your files if you burned ubuntu live cd and ran it. Anyway you already cleaned it so it’s gone.
