BIOS stands for BASIC INPUT OUTPUT SYSTEM it stors instructions for the POST which stands for Power ON Self Test in a special kind of chip called a EEPROM which stands for Electronically Erasable Read Only Memory which is constantly supplied power from a special kind of battery made out of CMOS which is made out of Complimentary Metal-oxide SemiConductor’s and capable of storing not only power but data as well.

oke i find out how to put the usb to read first, but I don’t get this at our movie on 91 second. i get: ”remove disk or other media. Press any key to restart.

I am using a usb because i don’t have a cd disk driver. how can I set the bios to first read my usb intead of harddisk?

Surely you mean CMOS Settings, you don’t enter BIOS. The settings that you change are stored in CMOS which is why when you relocate the CMOS Jumper and remove the CMOS Battery it resets the settings and time/date. BIOS can only be changed via flashing the ROM with an updated or modified BIOS ROM which is typically done to unlock features and settings in CMOS or to resolve hardware compatibility issues. “Enter BIOS” has been misinformation since before the millennium but it’s so common now.

On their website, it says in the FAQ that some keyboards aren’t compatible with the drivers of the program. Try using another keyboard. P

would anyone have any idea why my keyboard stops working after pressing enter and “waiting for all the stuff to load” @ 1:46 ?
