This is how I keep my computer clean. This how-to will show you what programs to use, and how they function. Flash global settings – phtshp.us AML free registry cleaner – bit.ly www.avast.com – anti virus www.malwarebytes.org – malicious software cleaner ==== If the above programs don’t do the trick or the problem is simply more severe, try these programs; www.freedrweb.com (Dr.Cureit) Also, if there are pop-ups that don’t allow you access to your start menu, download this program to a thumbdrive, so you can get into safe mode, then run this and it will get rid of that pop-up problem. @andstraus … you mentioned about my “struck by lightening” comment … lol …. no, IT wasn’t directly hit, but there was a strike about 2 blocks from me early summer that made my mobo go “bzzzzzt” and everything went dark. My mistake for having a simple power strip and not a surge protector. No, a lightening bolt didn’t enter my living room, lol :p
