I recommend before doing something like this is to image your hard drive using DriveimageXML or Acronis True Image or some other program depending on what OS you’re using and hardware. But research vids on youtube on those programs and become familiar before creating an image of your hard drive. Then if it fails or gets stuck you can restore your computer/hard drive

You should always make a system restore before and also export your registry to yuor desktop before something like this in case it doesn’t work and you need to go back.

Aren’t some dll’s ‘purposely’ changed by 3’rd party software or the OS ? If so it might corrupt no ? then again all this is doing is re-registering all the the dll’s in the Windows directory so i guess it should be ok, just a bit confused Brian.

what do you do if after you put in the dir and rest and you press enter and it says file not found?

hi my cmd is at the stage were we run the re-regdll.bat file and it has stoped at C:Winodows/systen32>Regsvr32.exe /s C:windowssystem 32nvoglv64.dll and im running a windows 7 64 bit ultimate operating system

i actually had a problem with my windows media player i’ve done this and it still won’t work
