Speed up your computer by:

— cleaning system junk
— optimizing computer services
– optimizing internet
— repairing registry
— defraging registry
— clearing browsers junk

do these things with some secure tool such as Intel Software Partner Reginout.

Warning!!! With Regseeker: Deleting any entries that have LEGACY or OBSELETE SOFTWARE may bluescreen your computer. Go through and delete all entries EXCEPT those. And remember, delete registry entries at your own risk.

your computer fan sounds like it is laboring pretty hard and running pretty loud; especially for a tutorial about how to free up your computer

AVG are you serious? Haha
I seriously prefer Avavst Home over any of the paid for AV programs, sure they might give you a slightly high level of real time protection but that comes at a cost.

I understand why you named the video like you did but you actually just listed a complete system suite. AV+Spyware cleaner+System cleaner=Awesome.

Hope you don’t mind me adding that this video just shows the tools but for the “newbs” video doesn’t explain so well what the tools are. Great vid though

Program your own Anti Virus, That is what i did and I have not had any problems since, Check out the videos I posted of a home made DIY PC security suite

new way to defrag-on defraggler, defrag, then defrag free space; then use windows defrag (start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk defragmenter.) this is the best way to defrag and organize boot files.

my PC is so damn slow now its almost useless so i have to take the risk and clean the registry – are there any alternatives? How bout just a fresh install of Windows XP? Id rather do that than lose my data.

@randomekid1
well i dare you to find an active runtime scanner that doesn’t “slow” your comp.
also, these programs are extremely useful in their free mode. you dont have to purchase anything to use them. they do have paid versions that have more features.

@lopsify so there are two kinds which i mention in the video “free space only” or “everthing” free space just writes over the free space, the only reason you would need to do this is if you deleted a file and you think the government will come after you for it and you want it gone for good. Its just a neat tool and does not affect the performance of your computer

@brownsuga1212 basically ever time you install a program in windows it changes the registry. The registry telles windows what programs are associated with what links. It also saves information on device drivers. However when you uninstall a program the registry still keeps info on it. This slows down your computer.
