set your uac into low and install the dx11c. i already done that and its working to me. the dx11c installers included to the battlefield folder also.

Once this didn’t work for me so I uninstalled everything then reinstalled the game and expansion packs @AlexxR00

Didn’t work for me, the only things that appear there are the base game and WA which is installed. I think it has something to do with the patch I just installed… 🙁 Still can’t play sims, been searching everywhere for a solution

ok now it says this when i try to get on sims 3 but certainly did not delete and of my expansion packs. mine happend while i was editing my pics from sims 3 to put online i guess i clicked on the wrong thing and well……. um… will this still work the same way?

This didn’t work for me and I’ve tried all sorts of things but I just saw something that worked… search your whole computer for TS3 and when it comes up (it should be TS3.exe) copy and paste it to your desktop. It bypasses the startup and launches the game no problem.
Well it took 8 hours over days and this video did what EA couldnt. In fairness tho a nice EA rep gave me this link. So thank u both <3

I already did what you show in the video, thanks…. but when I go to regedit, there’s no leftover keys there only the one that I install that is the sims 3 and the sims 3 late night. It still error… I can’t play until now
