Notes from the video: Welcome to this tutorial on how to use the Diagnostic Tools. The diagnostic tool is a free feature that is included in Voobly. The Diagnostic Tool helps find issues with your installation configuration. It then fixes any issues that it finds. For the purpose of this video tutorial I have tampered with my configuration of Age of Empires II to make the settings incorrect. Step 1: Open up Voobly. Step 2: Open up a lounge. Note: Voobly already detected the issue. For the purpose of this video we will go through regular menu for the Diagnostic Tool. Step 3: Go to Options → Diagnostic Tool. Step 4: Click “Begin Scan.” Step 5: If an error is found a new button called “Apply Scan” will appear. If no errors are found then no new button will be displayed. Step 6: If the new button appears click “Apply Fix.” This should fix up your game configuration. To be sure that this did fix it repeat steps 4-6 again if necessary.
